Ebay scam sales, non receipt of items.
Ryan bair of the state OH has victomized 6 people to record now. I am the 6th to come foword agaist mr. Bair as he has ripped myself and my cousin off. This is a very low life scum-bag scammer and needs to be taught a lesson. Below is my story about this no good POS seller which needs to be banned by ebay. And it has been reported to ebay, paypal, ifcc, ftc, police and lawyers. Lastest update i recieved is 2 AG agreed to go forth and file charges agaist this SCAMMER.
In Feb. i purchased a Jaguar system and sent him a payment via money order. Money order was cashed 2 weeks after he recieved it. It is now march. After many emails and phone calls he has ignored all. I still got nothing yet as of june 6th
I finally got ahold of this scamming a-hole and he just laughed and said your loss. After paying him 65.00 i will not leave this unfinished. Its the princable of the matter here. I laid low hoping someone would get screwed again by him and they will reviel him, sure enough it happened in may. He screwed a guy named dennis for 225.00 for a jaguar and cd systems. Needless to say dennis didnt get his items either. So far as i see it dennis is in lead way as he has already filed charges agaist this fraudster. Dennis has organized a large lawsuit agaist this scammer well as a personal suit. Dennis seems to have alot of evidence on what happened. It appears, ryan bair sold the stuff to him and 3 weeks later sold the stuff dennis was to recieve. Stupid for ryan, the buyers of the stuff were nice enough to help him in his personal investigation. As he collect all he can get, he has created a very helpful website for people who have been scammed by this guy and to make a board out of it.
Mr bair still denies and continues to hide from us and will not consider making it right.
My cousin who also bought from him 2 days before me also didnt recieve the 3 turbo grafx games he had purchased from him. We did leave negative feedback. If you wanna review his ebay profile. There are several reports on ryan bair for fraud and justice need to be served. As i hear dennis has went forword with this scamming little pos to have him nailed for 5 federal charges. Enough to lock the scammer away for a long time!!! Go dennis
