I have been ripped off 2 years ago by Mr. Ryan Bair. He is the owner of the bullseyes videogames. On ebay. Dont be fooled by his ebay record. He will rip you any chance he can and will spam you to con more money out of you.
I bought a turbo grafx lot from him and 4 games. Send him money and i never recieved a thing. I would try to call him at 330-418-1762 he would answer then hang up when i complained. He also would act childish and do weird thing like mock you. I emailed him so many time i couldnt count anymore though i still have every single record.
I lost about $350.00 to this guy and never recieved a thing. I warn anyone on ebay they he is dangerous and know how to be smart in ripping off. BUT i noticed there is someone else onto to him and it doesnt look like he will be giving up either.
I come to release i wasnt the only one. I didnt have the money to persue legal actions but i do now. I have contacted the other person that was ripped off by the same guy to see about a joint case agaist this ryan guy to land his sorry butt in jail. Im also looking for more people to come forword. I am leaving details below to the matters and other cases. Feel free to contact me.

he lost 225.13 and bought a jagaur and jagaur cd unit from him search for ryan bair on this forum for more info concerning his case with him. He has very resourceful info including the guys work places and all. Thanks to dennis i can proceed legally.
