Liars & Thieves-Class Action anyone?

Worldcom wireless filed with the US Federal Communication Commission in August under Meiricom to offer wireless phone service. Through a fantastic marketing blitz (well before they had a business plan it appears), they solicited myself and hundreds of other innocent VICTIMS, offering low cost cell phone service with free long distance and roaming... And more.

They cunningly failed to invoice innocent VICTIMS, even when customers called repeatedly requesting account invoice/billing info. Worldcom responded with "new billing system hangups... Bill coming, and about 6 monthsinto the service, they sent out the initial SUCKER BILLS. The first invoices were 6 months late, but at $29 per month with no long distance, no roaming, no tol, no lists of addl taxes and fees... Totaling $31 a month. A one-time $25 fee was to be credited.

Then, the next set of invoices started bombing us in August, with charges never heard of. A bright colored insert demanded "DON"T PAY THIS bill... We are sending updated invoicing, and you will receive 3 months together, then 3 months, then Worldcom WIRELESS, after 10 months, might figure out how to really screw you. Even though I wrote all corporate presidents, customer service, billing dept., marketing dept., accounting... Five different addresses in 3 states, letting them know they were inccorectly billing me., not the plan I agreed to, don't you see your billing department is messed up??? My correspondence began last July, including my change of address reported in March thru November (1st invoice receivd 12/26/01 at correct address in the amount of! 400., with service terminated in November without notice or invoice, stating I wuld be contacted by their Fraud Dept.

Since I had paid a deposit, paid my first 3 invoices received in July for the prior year, and know for a fact they were incorrectly billing charges, when they DID bill. Not one person would discuss my contract plan, charges, service problems, NOTHINGThey always claimed the billing department would someday straighten this whole mess out.

I'm more than willing to join in a class action suit, offer witness services to anyone indepently suing WorldCom, and/or supply my VERy complete records of their SCAM. Also, the Fedl. Comm. Commission is more than welcome to see how systematically they are cheating people with copies of my file. Anyone know of a class action suit currently filed or an attorney who'd take on Worldcom? I'm not giving up on this. WorldCom is the world's con artist... WorldCON... You are an embarrassment to the human race. HELP!
