I purchased items from weddingsbydezign.com and proceeded to check out with my online shopping cart, however was told on the site that my credit card was declined. I called my credit card company to make sure the charge did not go through, however it did - a total of $125.58. I assumed there was a technical error and waited until the next business day when the customer service hours were open (open from 9am-4pm). I called at 9:30 consistently for two hours, no response. I called the next day, and still no response. I have left several emails and phone messages as well.
This website looks very legit, and has a chain of websites as well (babiesbydezign, celebratebydezign, onlinebydezign, promotionsbydezign). All of these websites have the same customer service number (which no one picks up).
