Woot does not give refunds even if you are dissatisfied with their product. They do not have a phone number so you cannot call them. Their sizing for clothes is extremely misleading. If you order the wrong size, too bad, no refunds, even if they do not carry the correct size. Do not ever order any clothes especially. Customer service is bad. I would go somewhere else to get your item. It's not worth it to go with them even if your item is on sale.
