I bought a sweater for my daughter for christmas a couple of days ago. When I brought it home to wrap, I took my permanente marker to black out the price and couldn't because the tag was somewhat laminated, so I decided to peel off the tag thinking that the price underneath would be more than the sale price. I paid $21.00 for the sweater and when I pealed the tag, it read $18.00. I've already complained to target and they said that they would respond within 24 hours. If I don't get a refund, I will file a formal complaint.
