1. We have a contract for 2 phones @ $79 month
2. We liked the price and mins.
3. We used our phones, paid our bills in full and on time for several years.
4. One day we get a bill for $300, call them up and say what is this? They advise us that is the right rate for our plan.
We ask. Ok. What plan is that? They replied. We responded no. That is not our plan. They stated that it had recently been changed by us. We repsonded no we did not and to change it back to what it was supposed to be. They said ok..
5. Next month... We get bill for $400!!! Call them up. Complain~!!! They say they made mistake. Will fix it.
6. Next bill. Not $70, but $340!!! This time im mad. I call and really let them have it. They admitt its screwed up. But that they cant fix it.
7. At this point. I said enough is enough. If you do not put me back on my plan. I am leaving and closing the phone contract, they said fine they didnt care... So i did cancel it. Right then..
8. Next we get a bill for $450 for cancel penality...
Now they have refuese to remove it. And have reported me to credit with bad mark. Now my credit is ruined...
Verizon is a bunch of morons. And guess what verizon. Im seeking a lawyer at this time and im going to sue you for $25o, 000 in damages...
9. Any lawyer out there who will take my case for a straight 4o% of anything he can get out of them... Email me. Im waiting...
