Ive never MADE an account and they have NO cancel option

I've never heard of this site nor have I created the account they state I did. The email allows you to click from further receiving messages but doesnt allow you to delete your account. They have no way in contacting them. When you click to stop receiving messages it tells you that your email preferences have been updated. I DO NOT WANT this account.
