Www.hairstyleexports.com mr. Sanjeev katoch accepted my money, deliverd the wrong order, never offerd me receipt for the 150.00 that his company received from me

On 09/26 i sent 150.00 to chad surad of mr. Sanjeev katoch company.
It was for the product: 100% indian virgin remy bulk loose / 14 oz / 18"/kinky-curly
in email mr. Sanjeev katoch ask to confirm that order or make changes if needed. He further alerted me that i sent him to much money. And said he would send me some sample hair. I did not object. My math was i sent him appx. 12.00 over what i should have.
I received the package that was to contain my order. I signed without examining.
What i found was
0.4kg of sample synthetic hair.
A invoice for sample synthetic hair that showed its value to be 12.
