This is an MLM coupon company (does the same thing as Groupon). I was very excited when I signed up with this company because they are part of ADZOO and coupons are hot. I ended up quitting after a copuple of months, and I advise anybody that wants to join to beware and here's why. First, I did not realize when I signed up that Qnanza has no phone number to call for help, only e-mail. Had I known this I never would have joined.

What troubled me is that many of the e-mails that I sent in to corporate for help were never answered (my upline was as much in the dark as I was company is new). On top of this, the online chat system was always down and not working. The worst part is that when I did my first deal the commission check was not cut on time. It was late (can you imagine if the checks were substantially large).

I e-mailed corporate to check on my commission and they never responded - unbelievable. Well I finally did get my commission check but it was late.in short, I advise anybody to not join this company because they have zero customer service, nobody knows what is going on, and they do not cut the commission checks promptly per company guidelines. I paid good money to join this company and I would expect them to at least provide some form of customer service as well as cutting commission checks on time per the company guidelines.
