Similar to the other post, I did the "Required" credit report with ScoreSense for the $1.00 "refundable" fee and agreed to the trial period. I was able to access the credit report and it was supposedly from three "major" credit reporting companies. I will not mention the credit reporting companies as I believe they only provided the reports and are not directly involved in this.
Nontheless, I was charged the $1.00 immediately to my debit card after filling out the required information and was anticipating a list of near by rent to own homes. Well, don't hold your breath for this one, as of six days later and 2 emails to [email protected] requesting the lists, I have not received anything at all. No lists and no replys to my emails. I did cancel my trial subscription to ScoreSense and still have not received the $1.00 refund. I'm not crying about the dollar, but I was given a cancelation number from ScoreSense and was also told that I would receive a email confirming the cancelled account. 2 phone calls later to confirm the cancelation... Still nothing. I now believe that this is the beginning of the struggle. I could be wrong, but I believe they are going to try and charge me the $29.99 for not canceling in time. I will follow up on this and post the final outcome. But my advice is to look elsewhere for a "true" Rent to own opportunity.
