I had really bad experience at Fort Union Deseret Book store tonight. I bought a couple scriptures with emboss.
The casher was really bad customer service, bad and rude attitude.
She was nice to other costomers before me but she was so rude to me. I felt discrimination from her.
She overcharged me and I told her right price.
She was so upset to me and told me that whatever you say, whatever you want.
I asked her to go see the price on shelf if she does not believe me. She just yelled to me that she does not have time.
Then I asked her about embossing name on scriptures. She showed me her upset attitude. She did not treat me as a customer at all.
I tried to look for store manager but he was not there. I am really dissapointed to shop Fort Union store. I never go to the store.
