Credit Check Monitoring Service
Ripoff Charged credit card in error and will not listen Calif

I requested a FREE Credit report and one month of FREE service.instead they charged my credit card and are saying that i have been a member before two times. They can not tell me how i paid for this previous service. I have never received anything from them before. The consumer services department are not helpful.
