Dr Leonards Slowest Shipping on The planet Internet

I orders an item and waited 2 weeks and still has not arrived. I checked the tracking number and it was never updated. I called again and they said it takes 15 to 21 days. I live in apartment building in Vegas and like to track my boxes. Well after calling and calling my box came yesterday.
