This company offered free business cards online if I was willing to have their website printed on the back of the cards. I received the cards and only the cards with no invoice. They looked great. They had printed on the back "Business Cards are FREE at www.vistaprint.com!" I looked on my credit report and noticed a charge that I did not recognize. I looked at previous billing statements and found the same charge. So I called the number on the credit card billing statement and I got a dead line.
So I looked online and found complaints about this company on this site. It turned out that there was a case pending in California against this company. I called the company through a number I found on this site and not theirs and discovered that I could cancel the account and get a refund for the current month.
I was then transferred to another person who told me that I could not receive any refund for any previous month because I received a terms of agreement in the mail that said I could not receive any refunds beyond the current month. I did not receive any agreement in the mail and I definitely did not sign anything that said I agreed to those terms.
