I was told from several different people after having the man at my house, he was seen for a few minutes doing nothing to my roof, walking around my house sparying water from the ground not even cleaning out the gutters as supposed to per contract. He (same person) had apparently stolen some of the ac mans stuff including his ladder and the police had been called. I was told the owner Mr Joachim Kirschbaum was rude (as he was to me) and over the top mean and outright nasty (also as he was to me). I immediately cancelled the service and will never have this company back at my house. I have on my previous contract with Joe's company Jack's Roof Brite 4400 square feet of roofing shingle on my roof well another company the Original Jack's Exterior Wash measured it to be nearly 800 square feet less and I found out that Joe at Jack's Roof Brite is not allowed to use the Roof Brite roof cleaner that I believed them to be using.
