Im filing a rip off report because I feel I was ripped off by this company. First is first I had maybe 5 or 6 men come here to price the job. Simple just needed my roof cleaned. I thought you get what you pay for, so I went with the high priced roof brite in palm coast. Very confident man promised a job well done and instead I was left with mess, mess, mess. I was cleaning hours after the man left my house, and he told me its not his job to clean the leftover mess he made as he was leaving. Pfffft.
This was a contract cleaning, to have this company return every February and august to keep up my roof. This will not be happening, not just due to the worker's attitude and lack of care, but also due to the attitude of the woman i spoke to on the phone. Also very confident, she made we aware that its my job to clean up after their man, not his.
Long story short: Palm Coast Roof Brite (www.pcroofbrite.com) 32137 has received my cancellation for all future services. I woud reccommend any one thinking of using this company stay away.
