I made a purchase on December 6 after midnight online at Walmart.com and I was billed twice. I went to make a purchase on December 7 and the card was declined. I called my Bank whom explained that there was a duplicated charge. I tried to get Walmart.com on December 7th and did not; I called at approximately 11am on December 8 and until 2pm I was still on the line trying to get my money back. I have explained that my bank is willing to take a phone call and or even a fax to get this matter dealt with but they will not do such thing. I explained I wanted the money to use since yesterday. They are still giving me the hassle and still not contacting my bank.
