TJA, GMS Contracts The Janitorial Agency Is A Scam

1. Fees not disclosed until after the contract has been signed.
A. Fees associated with financing of volume and admin fees were not disclosed until after contract has been signed. I/legal counsel obtain emails that will prove this via the orientation packet.
B. Book fees not disclosed until after contract has been signed.

2. Marketing Requirements Have Not Been Satisfied
A. As of 12-28-09 I have no website built, Melissa Keane had been notified of this request.
B. As of 12-28-09 no appointments for walk throughs has been scheduled.
C I was told TJA will optimize my current website and get me showing in good positions on search engines. To date all TJA has done is registered me with search engines which was already done by me and is a free service.

3. Consultants Do Not Respond In A Timely Manner
A. Melissa Keane had been notified for weeks via emails and telephone calls of my needing her assistance.
B. My walk throughs and business plan have not been graded and have been completed for sometime.
C. I have called TJA numerous times throughout various days and it appears there is not a person in the office at all. But you can always get a phone call regarding your payment.

4. Training
A. Training has consisted of some free videos via Betco.
B. I have received no interaction from any consultant involving my training.
C I have to prompt consultants to let me move to the next stage of training
