My complaint is the same as the one I just read on this product.
Consumers are led to believe that the purchase price delivers state and federal returns, which is not true. Also, there is an additional charge to file.
In my case, (I recently moved across country) I ordered the wrong state, and when I called for a refund they said that once the credit card info was submitted, nothing could be done. I too wound up paying four times (or more) the amount.
