First, they sent the wrong size. It was also obvious these were seconds, not 1st quality. They didn't come in the nike shoebox. They keep arguing that it was my fault they sent the wrong size. At first they said they would refund my money, but keep $29 for shipping and handling. Now they won't tell me where to send them and only argue it was my fault. They're somewhere in China and don't communicate very well and are arguementative and won't tell me how to get a refund. Looks like I'm stuck with factory seconds in the wrong size. I had a clue after I paid and the 3rd party credit card company was named "sitecomplaint.com".
