I purchased a puppy for $1300.00 on 9/23 which turned out to be deaf. After paying $145.00 to get her tested (the breeder did not believe me) and numerous emails, she still has not given me a refund. For 2 months she has been responding to my emails stating she will send the money and let me know when the check is sent out but I have not recieved anything. Now see she is selling another puppy from the same litter who also is deaf for $250.00.
