I resently submitted 3 14caret gold bands and 2 gold neckles 14 days later somebody named and have basically had submitted the envolope they sent and that I told him I'd more than 2 months before And That I was informed I ought to contact money for platinum. I mentioned I thought I had been speaking with them about the phone then he hung-up the telephone. I never noticed a term It's been a few months today never again I submitted over 4oz of platinum.
