We also settled an up front charge of $1,500.00 to get a mortgage loan modification (obviously, after both people being let go). We were guaranteed 100% client satisfaction and/or perhaps a complete reimbursement if we didn't get the change. We were refused the change so when we attempted to get hold of them on numerous events their was no reaction and today their telephones and fax are disconnected and site is turn off. We've positioned grievances with BBB and California Attorneygeneral. I'm seeking appropriate representation to document a-class-action suit.
