The guy who calls himself Frank but his real name is Francisco YbarraLicense # 0002039 is a total con man. After I paid him a $10,000 retainer. The way he started conducting the investigation was very unprofessional, and plain bull.
He is not private, and he does no investigation. He tells you he is do the work but really he is probably smoking crack with your money. He lies about everything and is only out to get your money, and then start coming up with excuses why he is unable to do what he promises in the beginning when you retain him.
Trust me stay away from this company, and don't give them a dime of your money you will get nothing but a bunch of bologna.
