Mr. Arnold, a private investigator, was hired for an investigation. He misrepresented his education stating that he has a college degree when he does not have one. He took advantage of his position and preyed on my vulnerability. After paying him thousands of dollars (over $8000.00) he was unable to provide a quality report. He gave a one page report which was not worth the amount of money I paid.in addition, he was unwilling to provide me with an itemized invoice of time the spend on my case. He was hired to investigate my husband, now ex-husband, who was having an affair. Knowing the emotional crisis I was in, he took advantage of that. I have learned that there were other women who were clients going in for the same type of investigation that he took advantage of. I know of a case, (name I can disclose) where he took a check in the amount of $1500.00 and he did not do the work. The client advised me that she did not hear from him and she was unable to find as he changed his phone number. Mr. Arnold had law suits in small claims court filed by women. This man preys on vulnerable women and lacks professional ethics. He is a professional con artist and it has been my experience with him that he is only interested in the amount of money he can get at any expense. I would not hire him as an investigator and others who are looking at retaining him for services should be leary. He is a con artist not a private investigator.
