Our reports reflect the continuing same problems as outlined in the 14 other complaints. To include breech of contract. I asked for specific performance in which i requested the company to put it in writing. Which they did, but failed come close to compliance. My wife and i have nothing but misery dealing with this company to include paying for nearly 2 years on a loan for out of pocket costs to this company. Promise of contract performance which took nearly 2 years and to this day has resulted in no pay back. Example: power bill sept NO SOLAR $2500.00 / power bill sept WITH SOLAR $2500.00 not including loan payment for upfront/out of pocket loan. No mention of $160.00 green fee tariff per month added to bill. We are very interested in participation in class action lawsuit, please someone help!!!
