Broward Factory Service is the most unprofessional and unreliablecontractor company you can possibility find. Recently I had problem with mywashing machine and AC. After 3 visits they are still telling me they need to makefinal visit to decide if they can change the machine with a new one or not! Other than taking the time off from work 3 times already, I spend close to 2hours on the phone with a rep name Michel and the Manager Jerry! They both wereextremely unreasonable! Lack of understanding and professionalism made myentire experience with this company total disaster. When I have no AC and washingmachine for 1week for, Michel still can make fun and tell me ok Ill send youthe new machine on Monday; then when I confirm if she is sending me themachine on Monday she tells me that was a joke Im not sending you a newmachine! What is this? What kind of employees does Broward Factory Service employ? Why Manager Jerry even does not understand the importance of not having AC and washingmachine for 1 week and is not willing to help and resolve the issue! I willnever ever recommend this company to anyone and when I have my own place soon definitelywill not work with them!
