My company, TBC Solutions, Inc. Was ripped off by National Copier Logistics. They quoted me a price of $250 to ship my copier at the end of it's lease. After the driver picked up my copier, they sent me an email saying they needed an additional $100 because of the stairs. I have one step leading up to the front stoop. The driver never told me when he picked it up that there would be an additional charge, and I would gladly have saved $100 by bringing the copier up to the street myself. When I refused to authorize the additional charge, they said they would not deliver the copier to the leasing company. They were holding my copier hostage. So I ended up paying the charge.
