Do not use!!! Boycott Phillips & Angley located in Boston Ma. I feel this firms billing and business practices violate Mass Consumer Protection Laws. The actions of this firm's principal, Jeffrey Angley, have prompted me to file formal charges of Legal Malpractice and Fraud in Boston Municipal Court. I encourage consumers to boycott Phillips & Angley until their business practices are changed.
