I have been a customer of Galtrac for some time now only to be discussed with the interruptions in service. After trying to make sense of what the problem is, I found out by the owner (Brad) that we should be monitoring the units and pings required to make it all work. No other service requires this. They monitor the units they sell to make sure that you get what you pay for. What does anyone pay for only to need to monitor themselves the operation of the unit. You wont know the unit is not working properly until you go and see that your property has been stolen. That could be months before you go to use your boat or RV.in the contract it says nothing about we need to check out every day to find out if the office people are doing their jobs. The units work great but they wont work if the office staff doesn't replenish the pings required to make it all work. After talking with the owner he feels it is my problem to do the office job. I dont like that the owner called me and talked to me like I was a child being scolded when I went to the main headquarters to have them help me with fixing my service for a short time. Galtrac is just taking people over the coals and when challenged by a customer they side talk as if it is the customers fault that the service doesnt work. I want a refund for my 2 units and he refuses to refund anything. He wont even send a contract and wont refund money so I feel that if someone questions this company that you will not get anywhere. I just want the $400 per unit X2 refunded to me so I can go to a company that does what they say and protect my property.
