This service has been continually being charged for over 12 months, without the option of being cancelled.
The charge has been 19.97 per month, and I do not remember asking for the service longer than the initial offering.
The main complaint is that I am not able to cancel the "service"
I have not received any updates from this service, indicating a working relationship.
I have tried to cancel this service for over a year.
It is illegal to not have a working phone number on the bank statement.
Any help will be appreciated.
