The online clothing company Jessica London hides an "offer" for Reservation Rewards in it's "receipt" after you purchase an item from them. I got a $9.00 charge on my bank card. When calling the Cancel Center (1-800-688-5995) they were very nice and told me there would be no further charges but they were sorry they could not refund the $9.00."How did this happen" I asked? They informed me that when I ordered clothes from Jessica London that I signed up for Reservation Rewards. I told them that I know for sure that I did not sign up for anything other than my order for clothes.
When I called Jessica London they replied that it would be noted in my file and that they were sorry, but to have a nice day.
I am very disgusted that Jessica London allows this type of scam to happen to it's customers. Don't buy clothes from this company unless you're rich and can afford missing money. But if you had money you wouldn't be buying from Jessica London.
