I was on a renewal plan, and for some reason on May 1 instead of billing my credit card company the computer declared my account "expired" and blocked me from access.
Matchmaker.com does not supply a phone number on the website or through a directory, and all e-mails are only anwered by auto-responses telling me to subscribe, but I already am a subscriber, don't want a new profile, and need access to existing e-mails. FIVE requests for someone to either contact me by phone or supply a number so I could reach them have been ignored.
All I wanted was to reset my account back to auto-renew, but they have ignored all attempts I've made to communicate. I cannot recommend matchmaker.com.
