I'm glad to have stumbled across these consumer complaintss. I spent the last two days trying to access our pictures... WHAT A WASTE! At first I thought it was a problem with our new ISP! Not only did we lose our money, like the rest, we lost hours and hours of time we put into building our albums. Now we have hundreds of items that require updating! The least they could have done was warn people they were closing down, before just pulling the plug.
If anyone comes across a Class Action suit... Please let us know. We'll be among the first to join in!
