Last month they got $24.99 out of my bank account without me knowing that there website no longer worked

I used this website from time to time so when i went to use it again i found out the website id no longer working. Last month they billed my bank account for $24.99 now i am waiting to see if they do it again this month. I need a refund from the time they took the website offline till now.
