Don't believe this company's guarantee of customer satisfaction. ("If you are not satisfied with the frame upon delivery, we will continue to work on the frame until you are satisfied.") Or their promise that following a $100 deposit, the balance will be due upon delivery of a finished frame. It was my experience that the company kept my $350 and delivered nothing.

During a very lengthy design process, my repeated requests for a larger, stylish frame were ignored by the West Texas design team, who favor the small frames that were in vogue a decade ago. "You have repeatedly rejected the advice and recommendations of the most experienced eyewear designers/artists/engineers in the world, " wrote Randy Barnett, the company's CEO. "There will be no refunds."

So much for customer satisfaction. Avoid this company.
