No confirmation #, no merchandise and nobody answer my questions

I place my order on Oct. 27. They charge on Oct. 28 the order to my credit card.
I did not received any confirmation of the order in my email, and I still waiting for my vitamins, I'm been trying to get information over the phone but nobody have access to my order they always said " write your questions online ([email protected]) and nobody answers my questions.
Any one knows whats going on with this company? What can I do to solve this?
