I was looking for a dog harness for my new dog. I searched several websites.
When I got to Comfy Control Harness it looked like a good deal. On the first page I had to put in my credit card info to get more information. I do a lot of online shopping, so I knew there would be a "confirmation" page or "submit order" page before I placed my order, so I entered my information.
During the process, I was not happy with the questions the website was asking me, so I clicked out of the website and never completed or placed my order.
The next day, I got an order confirmation email with the amount of money my debit card is being charged! This is outragous! No confirmation, no button to submit or place an order. I never even got a total showing how much I would be charged. I never saw anything showing how much shipping would cost!!! Nothing! And they charged me anyway!
They just took my credit card information and ran with it! I have never seen anything like this before and I shop online all the time!!!
