Shipping house hold was told would take a week to arrive across country, took three weeks. Company uses independent shippers and who are not professionals. Shippers tried to get 60% of payment upon pickup. Trucks were old and not reliable and drivers do not speak very good english.
Had to call the office three times and email twice before receiving anyone would respond. When I finally received a call back the information provided was not the information originally given. When shipment arrived items were damaged and company would not pay for replacement. Would only pay depreciated value. Had to threaten legal action before I received full payment.
