I'm going to get right to the point because I just wrote a long report and then it got erased somehow. Basically I was charged $36.00 twice for gas and only realized it because my debit/credit card is linked to my phone through text messages. I call the store and she promises me she refunded it, 2 days later still not back on card. I call the card co. And they tell me that Pure actually instead of refunding it, they just collected both transactions today (2 days later).
I file a fraud/dispute with them and try and call the station all day with no answer (not even once). This just boggles my mind on why they would do this to a customer they have known for years. I will never ever go in there again and I am telling everybody I know to switch stations. With facebook these days word will get around very very fast:). Stay away and check your statements because if they scammed me then I'm sure this is an ongoing thing for them. I'll stick to American owned stations for now on for sure! (if I can find one).
