Service desk at this WM totally bites. I had ONE item to return and I was the only 1 in line. Tina was the employee working at the time. Rude is an understatement. She stood smacking gum and acted if I was an imposition. No greeting, no thank you, no interaction whatsoever other than the exasperated, surly expression on her face. This wasn't my first experience with this gal. Why does Wal Mart allow such rude and ignorant behavior? This store has horrible customer service.
