Used alarm system for 5 months. Called them (my Mother passed away, she was the user). They said to send it back for partial refund. I waited for almost 3 months and call them 10/27 at 12:15. Then I was told that I only had 30 days to return for a refund. Thats not what they said when I called to return the product! I was told to return the the product to them so I could get atleast a parctial return of money. It was bad enough to lose my mother, but I feel they took advantage of me. I am so upset with these people. Of coarse I would recomend that anyone do business whith these unscupiless people!!!
