Have NOT received a single issue of the magazine ordered & website is down Internet

Ordered subscription to magazine and waited 2 months (to give them time to process) but never received a single issue. Www.CheapMagsUSA.com is down. PayPal says it's over 45 days so they can't do anything. Lost my money and faith in on-line purchases!
