On January 31 I bought a Black Leather Sleeper Couch from Good Rooms in Mentor Ohio. We reurned towards the shop to be able to buy the corresponding couch towards the two Reclyners that people bought in December (but didn't obtain until January after ending cost about the charge card, we ultimately obtained our seats). We believed that people might return and purchase the corresponding couch. Once more we were guaranteed a two-week shipping. On Friday 2/15/10 A Uhaul truck attempted to provide our couch at apporximately 7:30 pm. Whilst the couch was entering our house, we unearthed that it had been Red Leather and Dark. The delivery males turned adjitated whenever we declined the shipping. They tried pressuring people into signing for that shipping, subsequently attempted to obtain us to simply accept the delivery like a loaner. We declined. The males place the couch back about the Uhaul and quit. Friday, February 26 at roughly 6:00 pm, we obtained a phone in the Good Rooms motorists they could be at our house to get a shipping in about 1 1/2. At 9:30 pm they came with another shipping, a Black Leather couch, NOT REALLY A PERSON. Once again the motorists attempted to persuade us to simply accept the shipping on the loanar foundation, Again, we declined.
Yesterday February 27, I named the shop to record the shipping and was voiced to really rudely with a lady and that I was subsequently hungup on. A few minutes afterwards the Salesman who sol us the couch advised us the couch didn't are available in a sofa sleeper. I told him that I noticed an image of the couch which his broscure stated that it arrived in a sofa sleeper. I also advised him of how rude the girl was who got the phone call. I advised him that I'd visit the shop to determine what he'd in a sleeper couch. (an extremely good discussion), yesterday my spouse and that I wend in to the shop, Two teenagers were there, We didn't let them know who we were. We hit up a on another couch person for $700.00, to become shipped in fourteen days. We visited the table and advised them of who we were which we'd to failed deliveries. The child named the supervisor that people have been coping with, arrived back to us and stated that he'd not promote us the brand new person couch, which we're able to have our money-back, they didn't need our company. The males started shouting at us to depart there shop and threatened to contact law enforcement. I told them to-go forward a contact them-and they did. We slept out within our vehicle for some occasions and 3 males arrived exterior to intimidate us, therefore we quit. On the road house we named law enforcement and stated that we'd maintain 24 hours later to document a criticism. We are preventing cost on our charge card nowadays and certainly will nevery go back to the shop.
