This online beauty supply company is a rip off, I ordered 2 bottles of a heat seal hair product for my wife and the sent me hair root extender! A wrong product. I emailed them back about this error and some guy named Sam promised to forward my request to their "shipping department", that has not happened, so I stopped their payment through my credit card company... Stay away from this online company... Sam does not keep his word. Their newest facebook ad states "bought by new owners" well dont believe that either, no response from Sam yet and has been weeks since I have sent 6 emails requesting my correct product. Companies like this give internet businesses a bad name, there should be a way to do something about this legally also.
