On May 22, I placed an order online from The Nature Company in the amount of $75.30 which I paid through PayPal. My funds cleared that same day and I expected to receive my order in a week or so. It is now October 21st and despite numerous phone calls to "Robert" and several conversations which indicated that he would get my items out to me immediately, I have not received anything (neither product nor refund). On one occasion, I called the contact number (obtained from PayPal) and Kathy answered the phone. She stated that they were at a trade show and would send both the items I ordered and a check on Friday. Perhaps I should have inquired as to which Friday? Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again and would suggest that you not even consider looking, let alone buying.
