Worse experience ever.
Order on September 21. They promised the materials to arrive after 5 days, and it took way longer. Some of the stuff did arrive, quality was very poor, but this is the last problem I have with this company. I called after couple of days, after placing the order, just to make sure all the original files are ok. They said it's OK, and that it's going to production.
I called a week later, they said the materials are on production AS WE SPEAK. I called a week later, and asked what's going on, and they said they had an issue with one of the files (11x17). I explained that those materials are urgent, and asked them to send only what they have on hand (at least I can do the rest in staples, or something). They said no problem.
Call couple of days after, and the manager said: "I have your order IN MY HAND". Needless to say, I was doubtful, so, I asked: including the posters? He said yes. When it finally arrived (two days after this conversation, pretty quick), I was short 35 posters (off 40!). They explained on the phone, that they never received this file (even though it was the same file as the other 5). I asked, why won't you tell me that I am short, or you don't have the right file.
Another call. Manager refused to call me back. I was promised a refund, but never got it, although I threatened to report it as a fraudulent charge. The only way I got the money back, was because of my bank.
The time I lost made me do the copies in staples, last minute, so, eventually SirCooper made me exceed my budget, and messed up my schedule.
