I have been calling their automation line to cancel my trial membership since March 23. The 1st time i called, the rep didn't give me a cancellation code, just told me that my $49.95 would be credited to my account within 7 business days.
Well, i have called at least 1 time a week since then and instead of crediting my account, another $49.95 has been debited from my account. I have written a letter as well i am sending you this message. This is getting to be ridiculous and now as i am the major bread winner for my family consisting of 2 adults and 6 children i have done all that they requested.
I cancelled within 45 days of receiving the trial and called the cancellation line to no avail. Please help me if you can or tell me what else i can do. Thank you very much
