They named cheating to become from Verizon. I requested three times and questioned why they'd to contact in regards to a necessary change. The girl lied well and lost my period. She stated she was from Verizon which Verizon could be delivering an educational box concerning the long distance change-they are producing naionwide in a couple of days. She stated these were necessary to call to see us of the change which no modifications to my agreement or calling strategy might happen because of the telephone call. Following the phone, I named the client support quantity they supplied & the man who responded accepted these were another organization from Verizon which the girl who named works for his organization aswell and had lied about employed by Verizon. Calling companies, losing our period, wrongly identifying themselves, and laying, isn't an honest method for any organization to rehearse. It's dishonest and disrespectful conduct.
